By requesting and accepting a remote session from an Evo-soft representative to remotely assist you with a technical related issue, you accept responsibility for any changes made to the desktop content or system settings. Evo-soft does not assume, and is not responsible for, any liability for the linking and viewing of any desktop content. Evo-soft recommends for your security and privacy that you exit any applications you have open that are displaying content such as personal or confidential information before allowing the session operator to initiate a remote support session. To help assist Evo-soft may video record the remote session. This can be disabled within the application before the session is started. Evo-soft further recommends that you remain seated at your desktop throughout the entire remote session unless agreements have been made beforehand to setup an unattended session. Evo-soft will not be held responsible for any data loss if any occurs during or after a remote session.
